Soirée for Autism

Join us for an elegant evening celebrating our local Autism community!

Everything we do for our loved ones is made possible by you! We invite you to celebrate the change you are making!

The Autism Society Greater Hudson Region is proud to host the 22nd Annual Soirée for Autism at the Hilton Garden Inn Troy on March 8th, 2024, from 6:00PM-9:00PM. The evening of celebration begins with cocktail hour, from 6:00PM-7:00PM with live music performed by Matthew Preston and Kiran Brown from Creative Harmonies Studio, followed by the presentation of ASGHR's 2024 Community Partner Award, and the in-person Live Auction with Emcee Tom Stebbins!

This in-person event has a silent auction with mobile online bidding and a live auction for attendees! Each auction item available at the Soirée for Autism was donated by dedicated family members, partners, and business owners supporting our local Autism community.  All proceeds from the Soirée benefit the 21 counties served by ASGHR throughout the Hudson Region. When you win, you're supporting local businesses and showing your appreciation of their dedication. Thank you!

The Autism Society Greater Hudson Region (ASGHR) creates connections and opportunities for individuals with Autism at every stage of life. Through our SenseAble Programs we provide community-based opportunities that are life changing.

  • Did you know that a person with Autism is 160x more likely to drown than their neurotypical peers? Our SenseAble Swimming program provides adaptive lessons to ensure the safety and well-being of autistic individuals around water.
  • Our SenseAble Play program helps kids and families to engage with their communities at local parks and playgrounds ensuring that every child has a chance to play and make friends!
  • ASGHR's Information and Referral (I&R) services help members of our Greater Hudson Region community identify, understand and effectively connect to a broad range of programs that will address their needs for services and supports to help them age well at home and in the community. Our I&R staff answers the call with compassion and a patient ear to help guide autistic people in our community to connect to the resources and support they need.
  • Structured Life Coaching (SLC) Program partners with autistic adults to help identify their life goals and learn how to reach them. Our coaches help adults with Autism pursue higher education and training, set career goals, and create routines and strategies to improve day-to-day living and independence.
