Walk for Autism 2024 Vendor Form

Share your product or service with our local Autism community. We are offering vendor tables under the pavilion at the Walk for Autism to help connect our local partners with the people we serve. Non-profit tables are for organizations wishing to share information about programs, supports, and services for the autism community. For-profit tables are available for partners wishing to promote their businesses and/or sell approved items. Fill the form and submit payment to reserve a vendor spot at the Walk for Autism. Use the "Special Accommodations" box to describe what your table will offer at the Walk.

Rules and Registration Information:

• Registration deadline is September 15, 2024.
• All application fees must be paid in advance
• Table Size – 8’ x 4’ - (picnic tables with benches) One table will be provided as part of your fee. If you require additional tables/chairs you must provide them and confirm with ASGHR to make sure there is space.
• Vendors must provide own generators for electricity if needed. (There is limited electricity on site.)
• The Autism Society reserves the right to reject/remove from the event any material it considers unsuitable.
• All booths must be set up and all vehicles removed from vendor area by 8:30:00 am on the day of the event. No parking at the vendor booths will be allowed. There will be a designated area for vendors to park.
• No Early Breakdowns – vendors agree to remain open for the duration of the Hero Walk – 9 am – 11:30am
• Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying all New York State and other taxes,

Your Vendor Table offers resources directly to our community at the Walk for Autism- Cosplay Edition on September 21, 2024 at 9AM at Central Park in Schenectady!

This event attracts people from all demographics, giving you broad exposure to a variety of markets throughout the region. Character costumes, fantasy creatures, anime icons, and anything in between are invited - embrace your inner creative and join us in costume at your table for a day filled with good vibes, connection, and work toward positive change!
